COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS
Ms. Mary Ann Curtin, Director of Intergovernmental Relations, presented an update on
various legislative issues of interest to the county.
Mr. Craig Bryant, Director of Utilities, presented a brief update on the county's drought
situation.
WORK SESSIONS
Ms. Rebecca Dickson, Budget Director, presented an overview of the County
Administrator's proposed FY2003 expenditure budget.
Mr. Jay Stegmaier, Deputy County Administrator for Management Services, presented an
overview of Management Services' proposed FY2003 budget.
Commonwealth's Attorney Billy Davenport presented an overview of the proposed
FY2003 budget for the Commonwealth Attorney's Office.
Sheriff Clarence Williams presented an overview of the proposed FY2003 budget for the
Sheriff's Office.

1950, as amended, relating to the performance of a specific employee of the County; 2)
pursuant to Section 2.2-3711.A.7, Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for consultation
with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice
relating to the Fixed Base Operator lease for the Chesterfield County Airport; and 3)
pursuant to Section 2.2-344A.3., Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to discuss the
acquisition of real estate for a public purpose where discussion in an open meeting would
adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.
