All that certain tract of land in Manchester District, Chester-
field County, Virginia, containing 75 acres, consisting of the
parcels of 15 and 35 acres shown on the attached plat dated
April 5; 1966, made by LaPrade Bros., and the parcel of 25
acres shoWn on the attached plat dated April 11, 1966, made
by LaPrade Bros., also shown on the attached composite of the

RE: Q6~~2C In Manchester Magisterial District Jo~ H. Marks requests
the rezoning from Agriculture to General CC-2) of a 75 acre parcel
of land of irregular shape fronting 1134 feet on Route 60 and 590
feet on the south line of the relocated portion of Starview Lane
(Rte. 687) and extending south1~lardly for a depth of '2372 feet, said
parcel also fronting 1333 feet along the western line of Starview
Lane, being southwest of the intersection of Rt. 360 and Starview
Lane.
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, do agree with the above mentioned rezoning
request provided the shopping center be built as to layout plan shown
to us with the following revisions:
1. That t118 road de signa te d as private road to housi'ng, be ele~ina ted .
2. Or, that 50 foot right of way shall be made public, turned over
to the county or state, with said west boundry of ~/0 being our
prope-rty" line.
3. And, that a minimutn distance of twenty (20) feet off our property
line be allocated and used as a natural screening area ~ith trees
and shrubbery planted therein.
4. And, proper closed storm drainage be provided to shield our
property fro~ damages which will be caused by water run off.
5. And, we request more information as to use of the twenty-five
(25) acre parcel of land to be zoned business, not occupied by
proposed shopping center, of which the proposed leasing corpora-
tion has an option. If future plans call for a storage area or
wanehouse, then we request this be denied.
If the above conditions are not ~et, then we request that the
rezoning of this property be denied.
Any agree~ents signed by us, regarding this rezoning, prior to
this date shall be null and void.
