UTILITIES, SOIL PROFILE, DRAINAGE AND ERO~ION AND REQUIRED OFF-SITE EASEMENTS: This information was not available at the time of this writing. TRANSPORTATION AND TRAFFIC: The rezoning and intended land use will have no greater impact than that anticipated for the area's development.
