*743180 In Bermuda Magisterial District Ocie Darrell Adkins requests a
Variance to build a dwelling on two lots which front along an unimproved
public road. These lots lie 1.3 miles off the south line of Route 10
measured from a point 100 ft. west of the intersection of Route 10 and
