Board of Sup ervi sor s t
Chesterfield Countyj Virginia
Mr. Melvin .n Burnett, Executive Secretary:
hesterfield Countyl Virginia
Dear Sir:,
Enclosed please find my application for a change of zoningmfr property
at the N.W. intersection of Belt Boulevard and Brandon Road.
I would appreciate your boards' careful consideration of this request, as
we have an eppvrtunity to sell the property if it is ire -zoned to business
useo
must move to some other location as traffic has increased tremendously
since the widening of Belt Boulevard and the opening of Southside Plaza.
Aside from the noises I am continually bothered with the possibility of
car getting out of control and coming into the yards if not into the
house, since I am located on the far side of a curve.
N
The board no doubt is as familiar with the area: as I am, but I might call
attention to the fact that business use of property adjoins me on the West
n both sides of Belt Boulevard.
I will appreciate your consideration.
