WHEREAS, There are certain properties in the City of
Colonial Heights, Virginia, on which real estate taxes assesed in favor of
both the City of Colonial Heights and the County of Chesterfield, are delinquen
and said properties have been sold according to law to the Commonwealth of
Virginia and it is advisable and necessary to bring a suit to sell properties
to enforce the lien of said taxes thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Richard L. Jone ,
Attorney at Law, is hereby directed to enforce the tax lien of the County of
Chesterfield by joining with the City of Colonial Heights in filing an appropriat
suit to sell the properties against the owners, heirs and/or assigns which are
shown on the Lank Book of the City and County prior to 1948, as follows:

As per our telephone conversation this morning regarding the side
yard regquirement of lot 7 Block C Holiday Acres I agree that no harm
will be done to lot 6 by your setting your house 18 feet from the lot
line on that side. There will be only one house built on the two lots
(5&6) therefore there will be a large distance between your house and
the one under construction on lots 5&6.
Therefore I agree to a two foot violation of the required 20 foot
side yard on that side.

of 1957 the Director of Publio Safety of the City of Richmond
is authorized to permit the use of fire apparatus and equip-
ment of the City of Riohmond to aid in extinguishing fir~s
