That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will on
December 10, 1958, at 2:30 p.m., at its meeting room at Chesterfield
Court House', Virginia, take under consideration the rezoning and/or
granting of a Use Permit on the following described parcels of land:
1. In Manchester JVIagisterial District, a parcel of land '
fronting 150 feet on Rt.645 and extending eastwardly l50".,ft. along
the southern line of Rt.1683 , on which is requested a USe
Permit to operate a service station'by JVIr. E.G. Martin.
2. In Manch ester Magisterial District, a parcel of land fronting
~feet on the Belt Boulevard and extending northeastwardly
~ 300 feet, said parcel being 300 feet northwest of Berkley Road,
~ch is proposed to be rezoned from Residential-2 to General

This day the matter of zoning on theToll Road, the same having been
deferred from the December 1st meeting, comes before the Commission, and
Whereas the entire Commission is a group has viewed the \'lillis Road
site and'the Walthall interchange site, and
ldhereaw"much'testimony has been heard and many opinions exchanged,
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, on motion of Mr.,Bates, s econdedby
Mr. Hardwick, that this Commission recommends to the Board of '
Supervi~s that it delay the consideration on the Willis Road zoning
request until the Tarrant Land Use a",port is presented. '
It is here noted that Mr. Horner and Mr. Burnett did not vote.
On motion of Mr., Hardwick, seconded by Mr.Eagles, it is resolved that
thi s Commission recommends to the Board of Supervioo rs that it delay
the consideration on the zoning request at the "'althall interchange
on the Toll Road until the Tarrant Lans Use Report is presented, since
there are no extenuating circumstances that would necessitate
immediate action.
