That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will on June 10,
1958, at 2:30 p.m., at its meeting room at Che~terfield Courthouse,
Virginia, take under consideration the rezoning and/or granting of
a Use Perrnit on the following described parcels of land:
1. In lIjidlothian !\'Iagisterial District, a parcel of land
fronting 730 feet on the Midlothian Pike and extending
northwardly 400 feet, said parcel being approximately
4400 feet east of Rt.653, which parcel is proposed to
be rezoned from ~griculture to Industrial, on application
of Mr. A. A. Adcock.
2. In Nidlothian Magisterial District, a parcel of land
fronting 406 feet on the Midlothian Pike and extending
southwardly 400 feet, saidparcel being approximately
4800 feet east of Rt.653, which property is proposed
to be rezoned from Agriculture to General Business on
application of l.'ir. Karl Reidelback and IVIr. Walter
Langhauser.
3. In Matoaca Magisterial District, a parcel of land
fronting 125 feet on the River Road and exten~ing
southwardly 150 feet, said parcel being immediately
east of 1,varren l.venue Extended, which property is
proposed to be rezoned from Agriculture to General
Business on application of Pearl T. Stephan.

4. In ~Ianchester HagisteriHl District, a parcel of land
fronting 480 feet on Rt.60 and extending 255 feet
northwardly and fronting 610 feet on Roselawn Avenue
which parcel is immediately east of Parsons Street in
the Subdivision of Cloverdale, on which parcel a Use
Permit is requested to construct and operate an oil
supply business, on application of The PetroleUlp Supply
Corporation.
All persons favoring or opposing the granting of these requests are
invited to appear at the time
and place herein stated.
