Please note that my opinion states that the "C B Tool Shed" as a main building does not fall within the eight uses shown in,the zoning ordinance. I have this day conferred with Mr. Gates and find he is of the op1n10D that this building could be construed as being a building which could be used for agricultural purposes (Section III, R-l A. 8, Zoning Ordinance). Under the circumstances, I believe it would be advisable .to request the applicant for the building permit to advise the Board specifically what use the building is being constructed for.
