PROPOSED LAND USE: A mix of commercial, office and residential uses, including multi-family, townhomes and detached single family dwellings, is planned. Specifically, a maximum of 750 residential dwelling units (Textual Statement III.A.3) and a minimum of 200,000 square feet of commercial and office uses may be developed. (Textual Statement III.A.4) STAFF RECOMMENDATION On October 16, 2007, thePlanning Commission deferred this case to their November 20, 2007 meeting.
