I. am enclosing a plat of our present building and the approxi-
mate1y1/3 of an acre that it is situated on~ You will notice
that the one acre parcel behind us that we have submitted for
zoning is roughly three times as large as our present land
area in the front. I would like to obtain county approval
on our plans to build similar buildings facing in our present
parking area as indicated on the enclosed plat.
We are presently talking to a group of doctors about a medical
building. I don't know if this will be worked out but this
is the type of commercial buildings that we would like to
build. I feel it would help upgrade the area and be an asset
to thecommuntiy and county.
If it is possible I would like it to be flexible that we could
build one or two buildings, depending on the tenants needs.
