On the west for years I had what might be termed a per.fect neie;hbor, 1'o'lla1"o the rear

tended perfectly, with proper irr ig::lt.ion, tree care, e tc. On any afternoon his ne:ishbors

strolling down the cL4rving path into the woods.
As his heal ih, failed, he beco.me progressively concerned as to the fa t.e of his woods. He

he conceived 'oJ. pl'oJ.n to this e Cfect and m3.de a trip to the Cour tho use to leg9.11y implement

I have now forgotten the details, but do recall that the person or persons he wished to
see were not at the moment available and that he waited about two hours, then returned
home with the intention of returning to the Courthouse at an oady'date. But his sudden
death ,so shortly thereafter pr'3cluded the fulfillment of his great dBsi~e.

along the rear lines of our property, comprising the old Boogie track, and preserving it

Boogie track is a part of Chesterfield history.
It is myper-sonal belief that,destroying'in whole the natural scene as we build an arti-
