In reference to the request for zoning to General Business
of Mrs. Helen B. Payne in Dale Magisterial District on
Briarwood Drive and Hopkins Road (case 68-63C) to be con-
sidered on September 17, 1968, we do not have any objections
whatsoever to this request. Actually the property across
Hopkins Road has recently been zoned for bus~ness and Mrs.
Payne's property being zoned for business could not possibly
hurt us in any manner when a shopping center will be across
the road from us.
In view of the a~ove, we hope the Chesterfield County
Planning Commission will see fit to approve Mrs. Payne's
request.
