Proximity of the proposed business to the Chester Intermediate School and the increased traffic generated by the proposed food market, This traff~c and the open parking area of the store will be a serious hazard to the many children who walk to and from the various schools. 2, The added traffic congestion at the intersections of Route 10, Route 144 and Winfree Street. At present Winfree Street is the main artery for residents of Winfree Street, Petersburg Street, West Street, Snead Street, Stebbins Street, Daniel Street and Brook Lane to enter Route 10. This artery serves 123 homes and any additional congestion at its intersection with Route 10 probably will require traffic control signals thus adding to future tax expenditures, 3. The fact that the proposed intersection now has three (3) business locations thus justifying a fourth business is not a valid argument.
