The manufactured home is located on property belonging to the applicant and his wife, Melissa Y. Stigall. ðèÍÒðîîîóÓßÇîèóÞÑÍóÎÐÌ î This request, which is for seven (7) years, is not in character with this neighborhood at the present time. This manufactured homeis located within the boundaries of the Jefferson Davis Corridor Plan which suggests that the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51 to 4.0 units per acre. This is a residential use with a density of 6.25 units per acre which does not meet thePlan designation. The subject property is located off the west line of BrightwoodAvenue approximately 220 feet south of Velda Road in the Central Park Subdivision and consists of 0.16 acre. New development of single-family dwellings is occurring in the neighborhood and directly across the street from the subject property. Therefore, the existing temporary manufactured home is no longer in character with the surrounding neighborhood. Because of the new investment in this neighborhood and the surrounding area staff recommends that this temporary manufactured home permit be approved for two (2) years, subject to the conditions as noted herein. ðèÍÒðîîîóÓßÇîèóÞÑÍóÎÐÌ í
