3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES On motion of Mrs. Girone, seconded by Mr. Appl~gate~ the Board approved the minutes of March 12, 1~S6, as amended. He s~ated th~ announcement was al~o made of the pending r~tirement of ~thony D~d who had b~n with the Cotillion for 34 ~s. Girone stated ~he MP0 ~t yesterday and forwarded to the Governor's C~is~ion on ~ad$, l~t~ from ~he individual localities of their top priorities.
