STAFF <br />CONTINUES TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THIS CASE AS OUTLINED IN THE <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION BELOW.) <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommend approval for the following reasons: <br />A. Given the size of the request property and restrictions on the size, scope and <br />maintenance of the use, as outlined in the proffered conditions, the use should not <br />adversely impact large-lot residential, agricultural and forestall uses in the area. <br />B.
