PETITION <br /> <br />TO: THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> Chesterfield County, Virginia <br /> <br /> Re: Vacation of an unopened 16 foot wide alley easement <br /> in Stonehenge Subdivision, Section A. <br /> <br /> Your petitioners, Irbane H. Ingram and Frances W. Ingram, his <br />wife, respectfully represent unto the Board as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That they are the record owners of those certain pieces or <br />parcels of land designated and identified as Lot 8, and the "reserved <br />lot" adjoining, in Stonehenge Subdivision, Section A, the subdivision <br />plat of which was made by F. T. Seargent, Certified Land Surveyor, dated <br />September 20, 1966, recorded October 13, 1966, in Plat Book 15, pages 62, <br />63 and 64, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield <br />County, Virginia. <br /> <br /> 2. That said lot and reserved parcel front on the eastern line <br /> of Harwick Drive and the southerly 16 feet of said Lot 8 is subject to a <br /> 16 foot alley easement along the entire length of the southerly line of <br /> said Lot 8 from the eastern line of Harwick Drive and extending eastwardly <br /> to the property line of Lester J. Hancock, all as shown on the aforesaid <br /> recorded subdivision plat. <br /> <br /> 3. That said easement has not been used for any purpose since <br /> its dedication. <br /> <br /> 4. That the petitioners by agreement dated April 1, 1974, and <br /> recorded January 21, 1975, in Deed Book 1142, page 580, aforesaid Clerk's <br /> Office, conveyed to Bonarco Corporation, the subdivider of Stonehenge, <br /> Section A, an easement for drainage and utilities 8 feet in width along the <br /> southeasterly line of the aforesaid reserved lot and Lot 8, as shown on the <br /> <br /> <br />
