TAKE NOTICE That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will, on Wednesday, 12 March 1975, beginning at 3:00 P.M., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Courthouse, Virginia, take under consideration the granting of Variances on the parcels of land described herein. #?~Sl~6 In Clover Hill Mag. Dist. Leonard S. Wilson requests a Variance to build a dwelling on a parcel of land Which has no public road front- age. This parcel lies approx. 420 ft. off the north line of Qualla Road measured from a point approx. 912 ft. northeast of the intersection of Qualla Road and Family Lane. T.M. 63-11 (1) i (Sheet 21). '75S032 In Bermuda Mag. Dist. Jerry M. Walters requests a l0 ft. 6 in. Variance to the requirement that no lot shall be used in whole or in part for dwelling purposes unless such lot abuts for at least fifty (50) feet upon a public street. This lot fronts along the north line of Point of Rocks Road and is located approx. 1300 feet west of its inter- section with Spruce Ave. Refer to Lot ll, North Rivermont Annex (Sheet 42). 75S054 In Bermuda Mag. Dist. Tommy L. Hamilton requests a Variance t° build a dwelling on a lot which fronts along an unimproved public road. This lot fronts along the south line of Sunset Blvd. and is located approx. 1700 feet east of its intersection with Meadowville Road. Refer to part of lots 74 & 76, Westover Farms. (Sheet 33) ?.5S055 In Bermuda Mag. Dist. Ellen W. Wall requests a Variance to build a dwelling on part of a lot which will have no public road frontage. This new lot will lie ?80 ft. off the north line of Happy Hill Road measured from a point 530 ft. east of its intersection with Sunset Ave. Refer to part of lot 2, Forest Heights (Sheet 41). 7!5S0~6 In Midlothian Mag. Dist. William D. Morrison requests a Variance o relocate a house on part of a parcel of land which will have no public oad frontage. This new lot will lie 229 ft. off the west line of Buford Road measured from a point 188 ft. north of its intersection with Dwayne Lane. T.M. Sec. 18-7 (1) part of parcel 2 (Sheet 8). ~75S057 In Clover Hill Mag. Dist. W. G. Speeks requests a Variance to /'build a dwelling on a parcel of land which has no public road frontage. This parcel lies at the eastern terminus of Dumaine Drive, approx. 175 ft. east of its intersection with Ionis Lane. T.M. Sec 49-6 (1) (Sheet 14).
