Dec=mber 10, 1975 (B.S.) <br /> <br />CASE NUMBER: 75S231 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: 0dell Gray <br /> <br />REQUEST AND PROPOSED USE: A Variance to use a parcel~.gf land whiCh <br /> has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes~ mT~e applicant <br /> plans to build a single family dwelling on this parcel. <br /> <br />LOCATION AND TAX MAP: In Matoaca Magisterial District; this parcel <br /> lies 400 feet off the east line of Church Road, measured from a <br /> point approximatelythree quarters of a mile north of its inter- <br /> section with River Road. Tax Map 179 (1) Parcel 56 (Sheet 52). <br /> <br />PROPERTY ACREAGE~ ZONING AND LAND USE: This parcel is 2 acres in area, <br /> is zoned Agricultural.(A) and is wooded and vacant. <br /> <br />ADJACENT AND AREA~ ZONING AND LAND USE: Adjacent property is zoned <br /> Agricultural (A) and is wooded and vacant or occupied by a single <br /> f~mily dwelling. <br /> <br />~-.UTILITIES: As of this writing the Health Department has not determined <br /> if this parcel is suitable for installation of a septic tank system <br /> and an individual well. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION AND TRAFFIC: <br /> <br />new street. <br /> <br />This request requires the opening of a <br /> <br />GENERAL PLAN: <br /> (A) use. <br /> <br />This parcel lies in an area designated for Agricultural <br /> <br />STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: In this case the applicant plans <br /> to build a single family dwelling on this parcel.
