On motion of Mr, Myers~ seconded by Mrs, Girone, it is resolved that Mr, J, Ruffinli <br />Apperson be appointed as the Board's representative in connection with the Health <br />Systems Agency. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Girone~ Mr. Apperson, Mr. Bookman and Mr. Myers. <br /> <br />There arose a discussion concerning a letter from Mr, Fugate centering on the <br />County and its relation with GRTC. <br /> <br />On motion of Mrs. Girone, seconded by Mr, Myers~ it is resolved that the time of <br />April 14, 1976, at 7:30 p,m, be set as a Public Hearing on the matter of bUrning <br />leaves in a portion of Midlothian District. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs, Girone and Mr, Myers. <br />Nays: Mr. Apperson, <br />Abstention: Mr. Bookman. <br /> <br />Mrs. Girone states that after much consideration of the railroad crossing at Old <br />Bon Air Road that it seems to be the consensus of those studying the problem th.at <br />the best course of action would be to hire a school guard for the rest of the <br />year at approximately $1~000 to aid in the railroad crossing of nine school buses <br />involving approximately 1,500 children. After much discussion of this matter, <br />it is decided that further investigation would be in order. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mr, Myers, it is resolved that this Board <br />go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Girone, Mr, Apperson,.
