<br />The Chairman calls the meeting to order,
<br />
<br />On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mrs. Girone, it is resolved that the Per~
<br />sonnel Director be authorized to advertise for applications to fill the position
<br />of County Administrator in the Richmond papers as well as ICMA. VML, VACO, IPMA,
<br />ASPA and NACO.
<br />
<br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs, Girone, Mr, Apperson and Mr. Bookman.

<br />On motion of Mrs, Girone, seconded by Mr. Bookman, it is resolved that a state~
<br />ment suggested by the Personnel Director that Chesterfield County employees be
<br />notified immediately as to the vacancy in the County Administrator's position be
<br />and it hereby is approved for dissemination,
<br />
<br />Ayes: Mr, O'Neill, Mrs, Girone, Mr. Apperson and Mr, Bookman.
<br />
<br />On motion of Mr, Bookman, seconded by Mr, Myers, it is resolved that this Board
<br />go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel problem.
<br />
<br />Ayes: Mr, O'Neill, Mrs, Girone, Mr. Apperson. Mr, Bookman and Mr. Myers.

<br />On motion of Mrs. Girone, seconded by Mr. Bookman, it is resolved that this Board
<br />adjourns at 7:00 p,m, to 9:00 a.m, on May 12, 1976.
