VIRGINIA: At an adjourned meeting <br />of the Board of Supervisors of <br />Chesterfield County, held at the <br />Courthouse on July 8, 1976, at <br />1:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. E. Merlin O'Neill, Chairman <br />Mrs. Joan Girone, Vice-Chairman <br />Mr. C. L. Bookman <br />Mr. Leo Myers <br /> <br />Mr. M. W. Burnett, County Admin. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. J. Ruffin Apperson <br /> <br />Mr. O'Neill opens the meeting and Mr. Lawrence B. Wales and Mr. Roger M. Scott <br />present the Board with a proposal to manage the recruitment program for the <br />County Administrator's position. They cite their methods of operation and the <br />.many advantages of such a program. It is generally agreed that this matter <br />would be discussed further. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mrs. Girone, it is resolved that this Board <br />go into Executive Session for personnel interviews. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Girone, Mr. Bookman and Mr. Myers. <br /> <br />Reconvening: <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mr. Myers, it is resolved that this Board <br />adjourns at 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on July 14, 1976. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Girone, Mr. Bookman and Mr. Myers. <br /> <br />E.
