<br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mr. Myers, it was resolved that the minutes
<br />of August 2Sth, be and they thereby were approved as amended.

<br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mr. Myers, it was resolved that the minutes
<br />of August 3Gth be and they thereby were approved.
