<br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, Seconded by Mr. Apperson, it was resolved that the minutes of
<br />September 8th and 15th be and they thereby were approved as amended.

<br />Mrs. Girone stated she had received a complaint from Mrs. Ruth Stott on the installation of
<br />the Brookwood Estates llne which is causing erosion and sedimentation problems and requested
<br />the Engip~ering Dapartmsnt investigate the situatic~.
<br />
<br />Mr. Falwell questioned Mr. Painter about cost incurred by County when future connections are
<br />made whereby Mr. Painter stated there are some administrative costs and Building Inspection
<br />costs but none from Engineering.
