VIRGINIA: At a special I~eting of <br />the Board of Supervisors of Chester- <br />field County, held at the Courthouse <br />on Septerdoer 29, 1976, at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mr. E. M~rlin O'Neill, Chairman <br />Mrs. Joan Girone, Vice-Chairman <br />Mr. J. Ruffin Apperson <br />Mr. Co Lo Bookman <br /> <br />Mr. Lee O. Falwell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Morris Mason, Attorney <br />Mr. Steve Micas, County Attorney <br />Mr. Michael Ritz, County Planner <br /> <br />Chairman called the m~eting to order at 10:45 a.m. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Bookman, seconded by Mr. Apperson, it was resolved that the Board went into <br />E~cutive Session for censultation with legal counsel on matters of potential litigation. <br /> <br />'Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs~ Girone, Mr. Apperson, Mr. Bookman and Mr. Myers. <br /> <br />Reconvening: <br /> <br />On notion of Mr. Bookman, secc~ded by Mr. Apperson, it was resolved that the Board adjourned <br />at 1:45 p.m. until 12:00 noon, October 7th for an E~cutive Session at the M~adc~brcok Country <br />Cl~o to discuss personnel matters. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Girone, Mr. Apperson, Mr. Bookman and Mr. Myers. <br /> <br />Lee O.
