Krepela <br /> <br />Mr. John Cibulka, Miss Laverne Corkran, Mr. James Bruce and Mr. Jake Limerick, <br />come before the Board to explain the various possibilities of the treatment of <br />sewage on the James River, which in effect will be the plan to be studied by the <br />3C Committee. <br /> <br />Mrr .Cibulka stares that EPA must have a plan agreement on by the localities by <br />May t5, 1974. <br /> <br />A lively question and answer period was held after the formal presentation. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr. Myers, it IS resolved that this Board <br />adjourns at 10:30 P.M. to 9:00 A.M.
