PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />The Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, September 26, <br />1984, beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Court- <br />house, Virginia, will take under consideration the rezoning and the granting <br />of Conditional Uses on the parcels of land described herein. <br /> <br />'83S201: In Midlothian Magisterial District, RICHMOND HONDA COMPANY requests <br />a Conditional Use Planned Development to permit motor vehicle sales, service, <br />and repair in a Community Business (B-2) District on a 9.09 acre parcel front- <br />ing approximately 610 feet on the north line of Midlothian Turnpike, approxi- <br />mately 1,200 feet west of Wadsworth Drive. Tax Map 28-2 (1) Parcel 1 (Sheet <br />8). <br /> <br />'84Sl12: In Matoaca Magisterial District, GLENN M. HILL requests rezoning <br />from Residential (R-15) to Residential (R-9) on a 16.8 acre parcel fronting <br />approximately 1,060 feet on the west line of Bailey Bridge Road, also fronting <br />approximately 80 feet on North Bailey Bridge Road and located in the northwest <br />quadrant of the intersection of these roads.
