<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Richmond, Virginia, <br />May 12, 1958. <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County <br />Chesterfield <br />Virginia <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Will you kindly consider this letter as the consent of the <br />undersigned, Menokin Corporation, to a variance to the County <br />Ordinance Building Code requiring a minimum set-back of <br />forty feet from Pawnee Road for a residence which is pro- <br />posed to be constructed on Lot 4, Block A, Section A, Plan <br />of Stratford Hills. This lot is being conveyed by Menokin <br />Corporation to Robert S. Nance and Frances C. Nance, his <br />wife, and Mr. and Mrs. Nance have already dug footings for <br />the house which will face in the general direction of the <br />northwest corner of Cherokee Road and Pawnee Road. <br /> <br />Since the proposed house does not exactly front on Cherokee <br />Road or Pawnee Road a question has arisen as to whether or <br />not the ordinance is being violated by the right-hand front <br />corner of the .house (looking toward the house from the cor- <br />ner of Cherokee and Pawnee) as to required distance from <br />Pawnee Road.
