He vas seeking a permit for a business 10ning on a parcel of his property which adjoins our l_d. There were those present that said the road in question led to the race track. Perhaps this road of which they spoke had been in use for thirty years, but I have DO idea where this road is. There is DO race track on or near our property. iUrYeys of my property show a dedicated strip of 30 ft. for a road. The road being used now is through the middle of my front yard end runs through my property for about a mile. I llIII asking again, why vas tlrl:s road cut through eur property and not put on the dedicated strip? Has there been a survey made by the County for this road ? U so, I ,would appreciate a copy. It is possible a mistake !tas been made as to where this road should have been cut. We are more than williDg to co-operate with the County end the State Highway DepartmeDt in help~ to correct it.
