<br />THIS DEED OF VACATION, made chis 17th day of February, 1969, by and between

<br />Raymond H. Thornhill and Mary B. Thornhill, his wife, and the County of Chester-

<br />field, Virginia;

<br />WITNESSETH:

<br />WHEREAS, there is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Courc of
<br />
<br />Chesterfield County, Virginia, in Plat Book 11, page 54, a subdivision plat
<br />
<br />entitled "Darrelton", made by J. K. Timmons, Civil Engineer, dated July 1, 1959,
<br />
<br />and recorded Augusc 19, 1959; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there is shown on the aforementioned subdivision plat and the
<br />
<br />copy of the survey attached hereto, marked in red, an easement for an alley
<br />
<br />subject to the right of the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, 16 feet wide,
<br />
<br />running from the northern edge of Snead Road (formerly Bangle Road) in a
<br />
<br />
<br />I northerly direction for 203.92 veet between a certain lot, piece or parcel of
<br />
<br />
<br />I land in Manchester District of Chesterfield County, Virginia, and designated
<br />
<br />as Lot 3, Darrelton and Lots 1 and 2 of Darrelton; and

<br />WHEREAS, Raymond H. Thornhill and Mary B. Thornhill, his wife, are fee sim-

<br />WHEREAS, such vacation will not destroy or abridge any of the rights or

<br />other property owners within the bounds of the area of land shown

<br />whom the benefits thereof have been granted by writing duly of record; and
