Longmire, Asst.Exec.Sec'y. Mr. Howard A. Mayo, Jr. Co. Planner~ Mr. Robt. A. Painter, Co. Eng. Absent: Mr. J.Ruffin Apperson Mr. Browning gives the invocation. On motion of Mr. Browning, seconded by Mr. Purdy, it is resolved that the minutes of May 28, June 11 and June 25, 1969 be and they hereby are approved. On motion of Mr. Martin, seconded by Mr. Dietsch, it is resolved that contract AC-935B for the installation of ....Iater in Pocono, a portion of Section 'B", in the amount of $9,786.30 be and it hereby is approved. On motion of Mr. Martin, seconded by Mr. Purdy, it is resolved that the following sewer contracts be and they hereby are approved: S-69-23D Huguenot Medical Center 6511-69 Pocoshock Creek - Scottingham There was a brief discussion on the requests for sewers on Piedmont Avenue and ,it was generally agreed that this could be studied further. On motion of Mr. Dietsch, seconded by Mr. Purdy, it is resolved that the recommendation of the County Engineer and the County's Consulting Engineer ahat the Larramore Construction Company be granted an ,. extension of 104 days on their contract on Project 6511-58. On motion of Mr. Dietsch, seconded by Mr.Browning, it is resolved that the request of the owner of 1230 Keswick Lane for a reduced charge for a sewer connection be denied.
