The applicant has agreed to limit the density of the <br />development to two (2) dwelling units per acre, yielding approximately eight (8) <br />dwelling units (Proffered Condition 4). Exceptions are requested to reduce lot <br />width and side yard building setbacks consistent with Residential (R-9) District <br />requirements. (Proffered Condition 6 and Textual Statement) <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />RECOMMEND APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFFERED CONDITIONS ON <br />PAGES 2 AND 3. <br />AYES: MESSRS.
